Job Duties
General
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Monitor the Branch sales, promotion activities and customer relationship.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Take part in familiarization visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
  • Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance
  • Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
  • Implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
Specific
  • Plan Travel Accommodations and Itineraries : Main responsibility is to make sure in-house employees or external clients reach their travel destinations on time and with the right accommodations. This means researching destinations and available services; booking hotels, flights, and car rentals; coordinating activities; and managing documentation.
  • Process Travel Documents: Should spend time processes travel documents according to travel needs and company procedures. They verify itineraries, coordinate payments, document issues, and complete any legal forms.
  • Assist with Travel Issues: Issues sometimes arise when travelling. Branch managers help resolve any problems with travel or accommodations by using company resolution protocol and communicating with all relevant parties.
  • Strong knowledge of sightseeing places
  • Provide guidance to clients on travel requirements, handle inquiry and prepare itinerary.
  • Negotiations with Airlines for special pricing to generate more business & profit for the company.
  • Negotiating of booking rates with overseas suppliers and hotels.
Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Travel and Tourism preferred
  • IATA certified
Experience
  • 05 to 08 years
  • Good knowledge of GDS AMADEUS & GALILEO both
  • Proficient in Handling all functions in air ticketing like Group ticketing, Itineraries.
  • Should have good knowledge in handling Domestic & International Queries Visa Issue, Domestic & International Tour Packages, Car Bookings, Portal Bookings Analytical skills with good working knowledge of Excel & MS Office.

  • Handle Clients & Group bookings/ Domestic & International Ticketing & queries / Leisure Files & group queries /hotel booking, visa, insurance etc
  • Handling Air Contracting for Domestic and International (Both) International Tickets Issuance and Reissuance of EMD and MPD & cancellation / Refund
  • Maintaining & building strong relations with the airline & hotel suppliers for the best support.
  • Handling International Tours Operation & packages.
  • Preparing itineraries based on queries
  • Costing, Hotel Booking and Logistics Arrangements
  • Dealing with the Hotels, Travel Agents, and Transport Vendors & Suppliers
  • Creating Itineraries and Holiday Packages
  • Tracking of the Sales and the Holiday Promotions
  • Preparation and materialization of International Tour Packages
  • Designing of Flexi Itinerates and costing as per the Passengers requirement.
Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Travel and Tourism preferred
  • IATA certified
  • Female Preferred
Experience
  • 02 to 04 years
