At LMTT, we strive to provide exceptional service to our
customers while maintaining strict
adherence to our terms and conditions. This Fulfilment Policy details the terms governing service
delivery, cancellations, refunds, and other important conditions to protect the interests of both
LMTT and our customers.
1. Service Fulfillment
Booking Confirmation:
Bookings made through LMTT are subject to confirmation only upon receipt of full payment or as
per the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking.
LMTT reserves the right to reject any booking or suspend confirmation if the payment is
incomplete, delayed, or found to be fraudulent.
Service Delivery:
All booking details and associated confirmations will be
delivered digitally to the customer’s
registered email address or through their user account on the LMTT platform.
Any delays in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party provider issues, or
force majeure events will be communicated to the customer, and LMTT will make reasonable
efforts to mitigate such delays.
Exclusions and Limitations:
LMTT acts as an intermediary between the customer and the
service providers (e.g., airlines,
hotels, tour operators). Therefore, LMTT shall not be held liable for non-performance or delays
caused by third-party providers.
Customers are advised to review the specific terms of service associated with their bookings, as
conditions may apply based on the service provider.
2. Refund and Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations by the Customer:
Cancellations initiated by customers are governed by the terms
and conditions communicated at
the time of booking.
Any refund entitlement will be strictly subject to the refund policy of the respective service
provider
and LMTT's administrative fee structure.
LMTT reserves the right to deduct applicable service fees, cancellation charges, and other costs
before processing any refunds.
Refunds will not be applicable for non-refundable services, promotional offers, or last-minute
bookings unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cancellations by LMTT:
In the unlikely event that LMTT is compelled to cancel a booking
due to factors beyond its control
(e.g., force majeure, regulatory changes, or third-party non-performance), LMTT shall:
Offer an alternative service or booking at its discretion, or
Refund the booking amount after deducting any non-refundable amounts already paid to third-
party providers.
LMTT shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, lost opportunities, or
inconveniences resulting from such cancellations.
Refund Processing Terms:
Refund requests will be processed only after receiving
confirmation and settlement from the
respective service provider. LMTT is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or
banking institutions.
Customers acknowledge that refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards: 15–30 business days.
Net Banking/UPI: 15–20 business days.
Customer’s Responsibilities in Cancellations and Refunds:
Customers must ensure that cancellation requests are made in
accordance with the timelines and
procedures stated in their booking terms.
LMTT is not obligated to process refunds for:
Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation window.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent refund requests.
By agreeing to the terms at the time of booking, customers waive their right to dispute the
cancellation or refund terms specified by LMTT or the service provider.
3. Limitations of Liability
LMTT shall not be liable for:
Losses or damages arising from errors, omissions, or miscommunications on the part of the
customer.
Failures or delays caused by third-party service providers.
Force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, or other
circumstances beyond LMTT’s control.
Under no circumstances shall LMTT’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the
specific booking. Any claims beyond this limitation shall not be entertained.
4. Modifications and Updates to
the Fulfilment Policy
LMTT reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at its
sole discretion without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review the latest version of the Fulfilment Policy
before
proceeding with bookings.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of cancellations, refunds, or
fulfilment issues shall be governed by the
laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala,
India.
